RMA

KEWLAB is committed to its customers overall satisfaction. As such, all Kewlab catalog items (except for customized products) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned unopened and in original packaging.

After 30 days, a 25% restocking fees will apply to all product returns. Credit will be issued only after receipt of product and evaluation of condition. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable in all cases.

All product returns will require a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please address all requests for RMA number to service@kewlab.com, and make sure you include the order confirmation number in all your communications. Once the RMA number is assigned, please follow our shipping instructions for proper returns.
